Refund policy
We have a 30 days return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Except for merchandise which had been marked as “Sale” “Closeout Deals” or sold “As Is” for which the sale is final and not eligible for an exchange or store credit, unopened and unused merchandise may be returned for an exchange for merchandise of equal cost or for store credit within 30 days from the date purchase.
Opened but unused merchandise along with the original packaging is eligible for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. There is no refund or store credit on merchandise for which no receipt is presented by costumers.
To start a return, you can contact us at 315-991-4017. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
